Do you ship worldwide?
Yes How long do custom orders take to arriveFrom the time we recieve your form and send it out this could be 3 to 4 weeks depending on how busy we are and if the fabric is available. Couriered postage then takes 3-4 working days to arrive from our studio in Mumbai to where ever you are in the world.
How to I care for my garments?
Store: hanging in a clean dry place out of direct light.
Washing: dry clean only, roll the crystals insude the fabric and attach with a band or thread to ensure these dont get pulled off when being dry cleaned.
Ironing: This is fine but avoid organza or only use a very low heat for areas with this fabric.
What are the Dresses made of?
Mostly silk, a little cotton, a handfull of quatz crystals and some organza (only fabric we use which is synthetic but this does not sit against the skin) - Totally breathable comfy natural fibres for a wedding dress you feel wonderfull wearing :)
Customing - Can you deviate from the designs on the website?
The elements that make up the dresses can be combined in all kinds of ways, not just in the ways we have displayed. However the actual elements cannot be altered in terms of their design. they can of course be embelished, be made to measure or be made in the colours of your choice (see colour choice swatches for the colours you can choose).
What is the difference between a "Standard item" and a "Customised" Item?"
"Standard items" - These are the preset colours and sizes, Sizes 0(XS) to Size 5(XXL) rather than as a range of measurements that you need to submit. Most designs throughout this site include free made to measure (thus customised) however click here for standard sizes.
"Customised items" are those that are ordered by filling in a seperate form where you choose your colours and/or measurements and/or you have extra embelishments.
Where are the clothes made?
The clothes are Ethically and beautifully crafted with a high level of quailty and eye for detail in Mumbai, India where we make the most of the stunning silks and inspiring envirionment. We have been working for 2 and a half years with a small family run business over there and our bussness have grown up together and are at a stage of mutual understanding based our vision of living the the life we aspire to and doing what we feel passionate about :)
