Returns / Echanges

 

We cannot refund or exchange items which are made to measure or customised, so please take time to ensure the meaurements and colors are correct. (order colour swatches before your order you dress and get a friend or even a proffesional tailor to help you take your measurements using the easy to follow guide). However If you would like to TRY BEFORE YOU BUY, standard sizes are available allowing you to return the dress if you wish.

 

We can refund and exchange you on STANDARD size and colour items giving you the option to try before you buy. Conditions for Exchanges & Refunds on standard designs:

*Must be returned to us within 7 days (to our UK address) in the same condition they were sent.*

 

As soon as you know you want to exchange or refund the item contact us immediately and we will send you a UK address to return it to.

 

There is a £8.90 processing fee for returning an item to us plus postage costs if we are sending out new items to you to try before you buy. If for some unusual reason there is a problem with your custom order please let us know imediately and we will look in to swiftly rectifying it. We are aware it is a daunting process to be ordering a wedding dress online possibly without trying it first - which is why we have done everything we can to ensure a perfect fit and colours you just love!
